Campaigns must provide enough context: story, goal, category, location, beneficiary and supporting material. When needed, information is reviewed to reduce impersonation or incomplete campaigns.
Payments with Stripe
Payments are processed outside our infrastructure through Stripe. Donation Pool does not store sensitive financial data.
Visible signals for decisions
Each cause should show goal, progress, description, intended fund usage and status. Transparency helps donors avoid guessing.
Report review
If someone detects false information, suspicious documents or misuse of funds, they can submit a report. The team reviews the case and may request clarification, pause visibility or escalate the issue.
What it does not cover
We do not replace legal, medical or financial advice. The platform supports payments, visibility and review, but each campaign remains responsible for the truthfulness of its information.
