What is Donation Pool?
A platform to create and support verified campaigns with secure payments, clear fees and impact tracking.
Who can create a campaign?
People or teams who complete the cause information and the verification process needed to receive funds.
How are donations processed?
We use Stripe to process payments and Stripe Connect to facilitate payouts to eligible beneficiaries.
What fee applies?
Donation Pool charges no platform commission. Each campaign's creator can optionally enable a tip that sustains it — it's not mandatory, and if they don't choose a different policy it defaults to kicking in once the campaign reaches 25% of its goal. It's always deducted from what's raised, never added to your donation.
Is my data safe?
The platform avoids storing sensitive financial data and relies on specialized providers for payments and verification.
